摘要
目的通过对2003～2006年本站无偿献血者血源结构和检测结果的分析，分析2006年取得进步的原因，指导未来工作开展。方法采用Χ^2统计方法。结果自愿无偿献血者和400ml献血率大幅提升，献血者以男性为主，但女性阳性不合格率较低；检验阳性主要在ALT升高问题上，HbsAg阳性率明显下降，其他病毒检测项目没有明显差异。结论我市无偿献血工作正步入良性发展的道路，未来要加强宣传，加强质量建设，建立志愿者队伍和志愿献血者队伍。
Objective By analyzing the structure and examination results of the volunteer blood donors at our station from Year 2003 to Nov. 2006, so as to find the cause of progress and instruct our work in the future. Methods Statistic method we used here are Χ^2 method. Results The voluntary blood donors and the 400ml rate increased evidently and most of blood donors were male, but the disqualification rate of woman was lower than the man. The central disqualification rate of examination was ALT, but the disqualification rate of HBsAg was decreased obviously, and other examintions had no obvious change. Conclusion Our cause are stepping into the benign road of development, in the future we must reinforce propaganda work and mass building, found a volunteer team and a volunteer blood donors team.
