摘要
随机选择７５ 例肺原性心脏病心功能不全患者，随机分为两组：治疗组４０ 例，以低分子右旋糖酐、复方丹参、硝酸甘油与６５４ －２ 联合治疗。对照组３５ 例常规治疗。结果：治疗组显效２３ 例，有效１４ 例，总有效率９２．５％ ，明显高于对照组（６８％ ，Ｐ＜ ０．０５） 。提示：低分子右旋糖酐与硝酸甘油等药物联合治疗肺源性心脏病心功能不全具有良好的协同作用，能使基础治疗更好地发挥作用。
seventy-five cases of chronic pulmonary heart diseases with heart failure were divided randamly into two groups,in which 40 cases of treating group were treated with dextran-40,salvia Miltiorrhiga compound Injection 654-2 and nitroglycerin,The results showed that the marked effective and total effective rate in alleviating heart failure was 92.5% in treating group and these were significanthy higher than that in the control,( p <0.05).It suggested that dextran-40 associated with nitroglycerin etc in treating pulmonary heart disease possesses a fine effect of coordination,this treatment can play its role better.
