口腔恶性肿瘤术后放疗的种植修复与ORNJ的防治进展被引量：2

摘要放射治疗和手术治疗相结合处理头颈部恶性肿瘤已成为普遍接受的治疗手段,但是由于大面积的骨和软组织的缺损,使得术后修复较为困难。种植体是一种良好的面部赝复体的固定器,但这种治疗方式可引起颌骨放射性骨坏死(ORNJ)。本文就种植术后颌骨放射性骨坏死的病因及防治的研究进展作一综述。
