摘要
目的探讨泡状鼻甲与鼻中隔偏曲、泡状鼻甲与鼻窦炎之间的关系。方法分析462例患者的鼻窦冠状位CT片,泡状鼻甲根据其出现情况分为单侧或双侧优势型泡状鼻甲组、无或双侧对称型泡状鼻甲组;鼻中隔偏曲根据凸面方向分为无偏曲、右偏曲和左偏曲。结果总计有单侧或双侧优势型泡状鼻甲患者159例(34.4%),无或双侧对称型泡状鼻甲患者303例(65.6%)。单侧或双侧优势型泡状鼻甲组中,70.4%的患者鼻中隔向对侧弯曲,73.0%的患者存在鼻窦炎;无或双侧对称型泡状鼻甲组中,55.1%的患者存在鼻中隔偏曲,69.6%的患者存在鼻窦炎;两组患者鼻中隔偏曲的出现率差异具有统计学意义,鼻窦炎的发生率差异不具有统计学意义。当存在单侧或双侧优势型泡状鼻甲时,不合并鼻中隔弯曲患者鼻窦炎的发生率明显增加。结论单侧和双侧优势型泡状鼻甲与鼻中隔向对侧偏曲密切相关,当其不合并鼻中隔与鼻窦炎的发生有关。
Aim To analyze the incidence of concha bullosa and its correlation with nasal septal deviation and paranasal sinus disease.Methods A total of 462 coronal CT scans were divided into the unilateral or dominant concha group and no unilateral or dominant concha group.The direction of nasal septal deviation was identified as the face of the convex surface.Results Overall,159（34.4%） patients had either a unilaterteral or dominant concha,and 303（65.6%） patients had either no concha or dominant concha.In the unilateral or dominant concha group,70.4% of patients had contralateral deviation of the nasal septum,73.0% of patients had some sinus disease.In the no unilateral or dominant concha group,55.1% of patients had contralateral deviation of the nasal septum,69.6% of patients had some paranasal sinus disease.There were statistical differences between the two groups in the presence of nasal septal deviation,and there were no statistical differences between the two groups in the presence of paranasal sinus disease.In the unilateral or dominant concha group,the patients who were not accompanied with the nasal septum deciation had more changces to have the paranasal sinus disease than the patients who were accompanied with the nasal septum deciation.Conclusion There is a strong association between the presence of a concha bullosa and contralateral deviation of the nasal septum.The increased incidence of the paranasal sinus disease exists in the patients who have the concha bullosa but not accompanied with the nasal septum deciation.
