摘要
目的探讨鼻中隔偏曲在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(chronic rhinosinusitis,CRS)中的致病作用。方法对122例CRS患者临床资料进行回顾性研究,并设对照组111例非慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(no-chronic rhinosinusitis,N-CRS)患者进行鼻腔检查,比较鼻中隔偏曲的发生情况。结果122例CRS患者中56例合并鼻中隔偏曲,占45.90%,其中鼻中隔偏曲并双侧CRS 36例,偏曲侧10例,偏曲对侧10例;对照组中111例非CRS患者19例并鼻中隔偏曲,占17.11%,两组之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=22.06,P<0.01)。结论鼻中隔偏曲是CRS发病的重要原因之一。
Objective To study the disease function of deviation of nasal sepmm in chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods Clinical data of 122 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis were analyzed restrospectively.111 patients with no-chronic rhinosinusitis were selected as controls and carried out the check of nasal cavity to compare.Results 56 cases in 122 CRS patients combined with deviation of nasal sepmm, the prevalence was 45.90% .Among them,36 cases were deviation of nasal septum combined double chronic rhinosinusitis, 10 cases were the deviation side and 10 cases were the contrary side. 19 cases in control group combined with deviation of nasal septum, the prevalence rate was 17.11%. The diffience in CRS pravalence between the two groups had statistical significance（χ^2 = 22.06, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The deviation of nasal septum is one of the most important reasons of the chronic rhinosinusitis.
