摘要
以正硅酸乙酯、偶联剂KH-570和平平加O等为原料制备酸性硅溶胶,并将涂料色浆掺杂其中,形成涂料杂化硅溶胶,探讨了该溶胶的稳定性及染色性能。试验结果表明,涂料杂化硅溶胶中加入8 g/L偶联剂KH-570和2 g/L平平加O,可以增强杂化硅溶胶的稳定性。相对于涂料染液直接染色,涂料杂化硅溶胶可在纤维表面形成一层薄膜,改善织物的颜色深度和摩擦牢度,并提升织物的拉伸断裂强力。
A silica sol is prepared with tetraethoxysilane(TEOS), coupling agent KH-570 and peregal O as raw materials. Pigment paste is doped to form a hybrid silica sol. The stability and dyeing behaviors of the hybrid sol are analyzed. It is found that the hybrid silica sol containing 8 g/L coupling agent KH-570 and 2 g/L peregal O is stable. Compared with conventional pigment dyeing, the hybrid silica sol can significantly improve the K/S value, rubbing fastness and breaking strength of the dyeings, because of the silica membrane formation on the fiber surface.
