摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法对丝绒织物酸性染料固色。主要讨论了正硅酸乙酯和钛酸丁酯混合溶胶的固色效果,以及固色工艺对固色效果的影响。结果显示,正硅酸乙酯溶胶能提高摩擦牢度和汗渍牢度,固色效果以170℃焙烘最佳;用固色剂和溶胶-凝胶双重固色,则可进一步提高染色牢度,但需在固色前进行柔软处理,以改善手感。
Based on basic principle of sol-gel, the sol - gel method for fixing the Lanaset acid dyes on velour is studied in this paper. The fixation effects of the blended Si/Ti sol prepared from TEOS and TBB as well as the impact of fixing techniques are studied. As a result, with Si sol fixation, the excellent effect is obtained under curing at 170℃, and rubbing fastness and perspiration fastness is increased. But with both fixing agent and sol-gel fixation, the softening treatment should be carried out prior to fixation so as to improve the hand feel, and color fastness is further increased.
