摘要
目的探讨颈部局限型castleman病的超声表现。方法将2006年5月-2011年8月6例经手术和病理证实颈部局限型castleman病患者的超声表现特征和病理进行对比分析。结果6例颈部局限型castleman病声像图上均表现为低回声，内部见断续短线状高回声。病灶孤立性存在，呈椭圆形，外形规则，缺乏淋巴结形态特征，淋巴结门消失。病灶内部血流信号极其丰富，分布类似甲亢“火海征”改变。结论超声检查是在颈部局限型castleman病诊断中有极高的应用价值的影像学方法。
Objective To investigate the uhrasonographic appearance of localized cervical Castleman＇s disease. Methods Six patients with localized cervical Castleman＇s disease confirmed by pathological examination during the period of May 2006 to August 2011 were enrolled in this study. The ultrasonographic features were compared with the pathological findings. Results All the ultrasonographic imagie of 6 patients showed low-echo lesions, with internal interrupted signals of thread-like high-echo. The lesions were isolated, oval, and regular, without characteristic structure of the lymph node and disappearrance of the hilum of lymph node. The blood flow signals were extremely rich inside the lesions, with a distribution of a similar ＂inferno＂ sign in patients with hyperthyroidism. Conlusions Ultrasonography has a extremely high value in the diagnosis of localized cervical Castleman＇s disease.
