摘要
目的:加强对Castleman病的认识,提高对该病的诊治水平。方法:回顾性分析北京肿瘤医院近半年来收治的2例Castleman病患者诊治方面的信息和临床特点并进行文献复习。结果:2例患者术前均未明确诊断,术后组织病理学报告均为透明血管型Castleman病,在临床分类上均属于局限型。结论:Castleman病临床表现无特异性,术前诊断较为困难,术前CT检查对诊断本病有一定帮助,组织病理学检查或淋巴结活检有益于早期诊断,最佳的治疗效果基于组织病理学检查和临床分类。
Objective ：To enhance the understanding as well as improve the diagnosis and treatment of Castleman Disease. Methods ： Retrospectively analyze the diagnosis and treatment information as well as clinical features of 2 Castleman Disease patients admitted within the last half a year in Beijing Cancer HosPital and review related literature simultaneously. Results： No definite diagnosis was made for both the 2 patients before operation, Post - operation histopathological reports confirm both patients suffering from hyaline -Vascular Castleman Disease of localized type according to clinical classification. Conclusion：It＇s difficult to make pre - operation diagnosis for Castleman Disease due to lack of specific clinical manifestations. Computed Tomography examination before operation is to certain degree helpful towards the diagnosis of Castleman Disease. Both histopathological and Lymph node biopsy are useful as well for early diagnosis. The optimal prognosis for Castleman Disease patients is related to timely histopathological examination and respective clinical classification.
