依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗塞45例的临床探析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:对依达拉奉用于急性脑梗塞的临床治疗进行探讨。方法:对2008年5月至2010年4月我院收治的106例经由脑颅MRI或CT确诊的早期急性脑梗塞患者,进行随机分组,其中对照组61例,观察组45例,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上追加依达拉奉静脉注射。两组患者的年龄、性别、病程等临床资料不存在显著性差异,具有可比性。结果:观察组患者神经功能缺损的减少比对照组明显,日常生活能力也比对照组显著提高,两组差异具有显著性(P<0.05),并且随治疗的时间增加还会加大治疗效果差异。结论:依达拉奉具有抑制脂质过氧化、清除自由基的作用,能够对脑神经起到保护作用,阻止脑梗塞进一步发展,使患者伴发的神经症状缓解,患者的预后生存质量大大提升。
