摘要
将 1 59例小儿遗尿症病例随机分为氦氖激光照射治疗组 ( 87例 ) 和口服中药加耳穴压迫对照组 ( 72例 ) 进行比较观察。结果 ,治疗组总有效率为 96 .6 % ,对照组总有效率 72 .2 % ,治疗效果有显著差异 ( P<0 .0 1) 。有效病例中 ,激光组平均治疗时间 2 2± 0 .4 3天(隔日 1次 ) ,对照组平均治疗时间为 4 8± 0 .8天 ,两组治疗时间有显著差异 ( P<0 .0 1) 。结论 ,氦氖激光照射治疗小儿遗尿明显优于口服中药加耳穴压迫治疗。
One hundred and fifty-nine cases of enuresis patients were randomly divided into 2 groups treated separately with He-Ne laser irradiation as treatment group(87 cases),Oraled Chinese medicine and pressed ear point as control(72 cases).results:The total effective rate of the laser group was 96.6%,that of control group was 72.2%,with significant difference( P <0.01).In the effective cases,course of treatment in laser group was 22±0.43 d(qod),control group:48±0.8d.Two groups compared with significant difference( P <0.01).conclusion:He-Ne laser irradiation is superior treatment of enuresis patients.
