摘要
目的：测定首乌丸（ 片） 中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素成分。方法：采用超临界流体萃取（ＳＦＥ） 技术对首乌片（ 丸）进行前处理，ＳＦＥ的条件是５ ％ 苯甲基聚硅氧烷ＦＩＤ探测器，蒽作为内标物。以毛细管气相色谱（ＣＧＣ） 测定首乌片中的补骨脂素和异补骨脂素。结果：平均回收率：补骨脂素为９７．６５ ％ ，异补骨脂素为９９ ．５３ ％ 。结论：方法快速可靠、准确灵敏。
Objective: To determine psoralen and isopsoralen in Shon Wu Wan (Pian). Methods: The off line coupling of SFE and CGC has been established for quantitative analysis of major components in Shou Wu Pian. Samples prepared by SFE were analyzed upon following condition: crosslinked 5% Phenyl Methyl Silicone as stationary phase; FID detector; anthracene as internal standard. Results: The average of recoveries of psoralen and isopsoralen are 97.65% and 99.58%, respectively. Conclusion: SFE as an alternative technique for sample preparation will be most useful in the quality control of Chinese patent medicine.
