大学通识教育中“必要的张力” 被引量:3

The Essential Tension in General Education in University

摘要 我国目前的通识教育课程设置片面地鼓励发散思维培养,发散思维培养过度,收敛思维培养被遏制。然而收敛思维方式也是创新思维的重要形式,在通识教育中起着不可或缺的作用。因此,通识教育理念里两种思维方式的培养同样重要,两者看似对立其实互补,只有保持"必要的张力"才能使通识教育健康发展。要保持"必要的张力",通识教育课程的调整路径为:以主干课程为纲,建立体系;减少概论性课程,增加经典著作阅读;小班教学,严格考核。 The divergent thinking training has been encouraged unilaterally in the current curriculum setup of general education.The convergent thinking training has been restrained while divergent thinking training is over cultivated.However,convergent thinking is an important form of innovative thinking and plays an indispensable role in general education.Therefore,the cultivation of these two kinds of thinking is equally important in general education.The two kinds of thinking seem contradictory but they are actually complementary."Essential Tension" should be emphasized to ensure the healthy development general education.In order to achieve this point,the general education should be revised.The main course should serve as the guiding principle,academic system should be established,the number of introduction courses should be reduced,classics reading periods should be increased;teaching should be realized in small classes and examination should be strict.
