摘要
氦泄漏检测按照氦气的流向可以分为正压检漏和真空检漏两种情况。介绍了几种常见的正压检漏、真空氦泄漏检测方法及其技术特点,并指出为了尽量模拟工况,内压容器宜采用正压检漏,真空检漏则适用于外压容器,应根据被检容器的结构特点、允许漏率及检测目的选择适当的氦检漏方法。
Helium leak test can be divided into pressurized leak detection and vacuum leak detection according to the flow direction of helium. Several kinds of helium leak detection methods are introduced, and it was put forward that internal pressure vessels should adopt the pressurized leak detection and the vacuum leak detection is appropriate for external pressure vessels, and that the appropriate helium leak detection method should be adopted according to the feature, the aim of test and the allowable leakage rate of the test object.
