摘要
通过对广西壮族自治区南宁市兴宁区五塘镇的实地考察,拟对我国广西农业科技中介机构的运行机制进行客观评价,深入挖掘其在投入、管理、政策、监督等环节存在的问题,并提出优化建议,以帮助民族地区农业科技中介更充分地发挥其在科技创新中的支撑和引导作用。
Based on the field work in Wutang Town, Xingning District, Nanning City of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomy Re- gion, this paper objectively evaluates the operation mechanism of agriculture technology intermediary in Guangxi, probing into the problems in the links of investment, management, policy, and surveillance. Then, the author proposes some sug- gestions on optimization. It is hoped that it will help the operating system of agriculture technology intermediary in ethnic districts better play the supporting and guiding role in scientific innovations.
