摘要
以黄河流域为例,针对水资源短缺、用水效率偏低、点源污染严重的现状,构建了2005年黄河流域水量-水质投入产出表,并应用分析技术获得了国民经济行业总体用水、耗水、排污特性,提出了不同行业的发展战略与建议。
With the consideration of water shortage, point-source pollution and low efficiency in the process of water utilization, this paper establishes an input-output table of water yield and quality in 2005 by taking the Yellow River Basin for an example. And then the characteristics of the total use and consumption of water, sewerage in national economy sec tors is obtained with analysis technology. Finally, it puts forward development strategy and suggestion for different industries.
