摘要 25年前首次发现NF-κB,其是免疫系统中诱导基因表达的重要调节因子,在免疫系统的发育和功能中发挥着重要的生物学作用。固有免疫和适应性免疫,免疫系统中各组织和细胞的发生和发育等过程都受转录因子NF-κB家族的调控。尽管有关NF-κB研究已经很成熟,但仍有许多新的重大发现。综述此领域的新的研究进展,从而为NF-κB在免疫生物学中的应用提供更广阔的视角。 NF-κB discovered 25 years ago is the critical factor that regulating gene expressing.NF-κB plays an important role in immune system development and function.Innate and adaptive immune responses,as well as development and maintenance of the cells and tissues,are all under the control of NF-κB.Although great progress has been made,there are still some new significant findings.This article reviewed the recent progress,expecting provide a new sight of the role of NF-κB in immunology.
