摘要
对于有弥漫性冠脉小血管病变不能接受经皮冠状动脉血管成形术和冠状动脉搭桥术的患者,激光打孔心肌血运重建术(TMLR)为改善心肌血液供应提供了一种新手段。超声心动图检查成为TMLR中不可缺少的诊断技术。本文重点讨论多巴酚丁胺超声心动图、经食管超声心动图、心肌造影超声心动图,以及心肌内冠状动脉血流显像技术在TMLR中的应用价值。
Transmy-ocardial laserrevascularization(TMLR) is a new cardiosurgi-cal technique for patients with endstage coronary disease unsuitable for PTCA or bypass surgery. During TMLR, echocardiography plays an important role in evaluating the myocardium viability, myocardial perfusion of is-chemic regions, the cardial function, the post-operative effectiveness and so on. In this article, we summarized the application of e-chocardiographic techniques in TMLR.
