摘要
本文较全面、系统地介绍了组织工程软骨和软骨细胞移植修复关节软骨缺损的发展历史和研究现状。从天然材料和人工合成高分子聚合物两个细胞载体的发展方向加以阐述。同时对各种细胞载体进行客观的评价。为组织工程软骨研究提供有益的新思路。
We outlined the developments of the chondrocyte transplantation and the engineered cartilaginous tissue by introducing the valuable achievements in this field. We also evaluated both the natural and the synthetic cell scaffold impartiality. This will be very helpful in the study of tissue engineering,as well as in the choice of cell scaffolds.
