摘要
目的:探讨糖皮质激素致青光眼发生的规律及临床特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:检索1995-2010年中国知网全文数据库(CNKI)和中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)有关糖皮质激素致青光眼的病例报道文献39篇,共77例,并进行统计、分析。结果:糖皮质激素致青光眼以青少年和年轻成年人为主;给药途径以眼局部用药居多,占83.12%;涉及药物有12种,以地塞米松最多;视野损害程度与用药时间密切相关,62.34%患者存在视野缺损情况。结论:临床应重视糖皮质激素致青光眼的监测,合理使用糖皮质激素,确保患者用药安全。
To investigate the regularity and characteristics of glucocorticoid induced glaucoma, and to provide reference for rational use of drugs in the clinic. METHODS ： 77 cases of glucocorticoid induced glaucoma in 39 literatures were col- lected from CNKI and VIP from 1995 to 2010 and analyzed statistically. RESULTS： Glucocorticoid induced glaucoma more easily happened to teenagers and young adults. 83.12% cases were mainly caused by topical administration in eyes. 12 kinds of drugs were involved, in which dexamethasone was the most frequent. The degree of visual field injury was obviously related with the duration of administration, and 62.34% cases existed defect of visual field. CONCLUSIONS： Great importance should be attached to monitoring of ~lucocorticoid induced ~laucoma, and rational use of ~lucocorticoid should be strengthened to ensure safe medication of patients.
