摘要
目的:评价南京地区医院糖皮质激素药的使用现状。方法:收集2004～2006年南京地区22家入网医院糖皮质激素药的应用数据,采用销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)值等药物利用指标进行统计、分析。结果:3年中南京地区糖皮质激素药的销售金额和DDDs基本维持稳定,疗效显著、副作用小和价格便宜的药物应用始终最广。结论:南京地区糖皮质激素药的销售金额及DDDs维持在一个相对稳定的水平,药物应用基本合理。
OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the utilization and tendency of glucocorticoid in Nanjing. METHODS： The use of glucocorticoid agent in 22 hospitals in Nanjing from 2004 to 2006 was analyzed statistically in terms of consumption sum and DDDs etc. RESULTS： The consumption sum and DDDs of glucocorticoid remained stable over the three years. The varieties which have remarkable efficacy, less side effects and low prices had a widespread use. CONCLUSION： The consumption sum and DDDs of glucocorticoid in Nanjing during 2004-2006 were stable and rational on the whole.
