Study on laser cladding strengthening technology for mine hydraulic props

摘要 介绍了激光熔覆技术的原理和特点,并将其用于液压支柱表面强化。采用该技术对矿用液压支柱表面涂覆合金强化层,可显著提高液压支柱表面的硬度、耐腐蚀性、耐磨损性以及使用寿命。 The principle and the features of the laser cladding technology are introduced, and the technology is used for surface strengthening of the hydraulic prop. An alloy strengthening layer is clad onto the surface of the hydraulic prop by the technology, so that the surface hardness, corrosion resistance ability, wear resistance ability and service life of the hydraulic prop obviously improve.
