Design of High Performance Laser Precision Machining System

摘要 近年来,激光光源和数控技术为激光精密加工系统发展带来了新的机遇。作为当前世界上最先进的精细加工技术,激光精密加工可以满足各种关键机械零部件表面功能化微结构加工,但对设备性能有着极高的要求。设计了一套多光源、多功能的高性能激光表面精密加工设备,重点分析了光路转换、激光开关控制以及软硬件控制等关键技术,具有重要的工程应用价值。 In recent years, laser light sources and numerical control technology have brought new opportunities for the development of laser precision machining systems. As the most advanced fine processing technology in the world, laser precision machining can meet the functionalized microstructure processing of various key mechanical components, but it has extremely high requirements on equipment performance. A multi-source, multifunctional high-performance laser surface precision processing equipment was designed. The key technologies such as optical path conversion, laser switch control and software and hardware control were analyzed, which have important engineering application value.
