经尿道等离子前列腺电切术实施优质护理体会 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨对前列腺增生症行经尿道等离子前列腺电切术患者实施全程优质护理服务的影响。方法选取20例前列腺增生症患者为观察组,实施全程优质护理,另取20例前列腺增生症患者同手术方式为对照者,接受传统护理。观察并比较两组术后并发症发生率及患者满意度情况。结果两组患者并发症的发生率、患者及家属的满意度比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道等离子前列腺电切术实施全程优质护理,护士通过对掌握的专业知识把心理护理和康复指导渗透到对患者无微不至的关怀和照料中,注重术前及术后、出院康复指导,有效减少术后并发症发生、调动患者主动配合治疗与护理的积极性,缩短住院时间,提高患者满意度及增进和谐的护患关系。
