Endourological treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with bladder stones

摘要 目的 探讨腔内泌尿外科技术治疗前列腺增生症伴膀胱结石的治疗效果。方法 分析 39例前列腺增生症伴膀胱结石应用腔内泌尿外科技术治疗的体会。结果  39例中除 4例改行开放手术外 ,35例均进行腔内治疗 ,疗效满意。结论 腔内泌尿外科技术治疗前列腺增生症伴膀胱结石有效 ,且创伤小。熟练掌握技术方法是手术成功的关键。 Objective To explore the clinical application of endourological treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with bladder stone.Methods The clinical experiences of endourological treatment in 39 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with bladder stones were analyzed.Results Among 39 cases,4 cases changed to adopt open operation,and 35 were treated endourologically.Conclusion Endourological treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with bladder stone is effective,with small injury.The skilled manipulation is the key to the success of endourological treatment.
