摘要
目的对胃癌手术的围手术期护理的经验及操作要点进行分析。方法对2009年1月至2011年1月的89例胃癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果全组无死亡病例,发生吻合口瘘1例,切口感染3例,肠梗阻1例。上述病例经治疗,全部安全度过围手术期治愈出院。结论胃癌患者的围手术期护理是一项重要的工作,通过对患者的精心护理,可以促进患者康复,减少并发症的发生,提高手术成功率。
Objective To analyze the nursing experience and operating points of gastric cancer perioperative period.Methods A retrospective analysis was made about the clinical data of 89 patients with gastric cancer which were received by our hospital from January 2009 to January 2011.Results There were no death case,1 case of anastomotic leakage,3 cases of incision infection,1 case of intestinal obstruction.After treatment above cases all security passed the perioperative period and cured.Conclusion Perioperative period nursing of gastric cancer patients is an important work,the intensive care of patients,can promote the patient recovery,reduce complications and improve the success rate of surgery.
