回顾了四川省水电建设５０ 年的发展历程，介绍了５０ 年水电建设中有代表性的电站，阐述了水电在四川省充当“名符其实”的经济发展“先行官”的重要作用，指出了制约四川水电发展的几个问题。告示从事水电工作的建设者们。
Fifty-year course of development for water power construction in Sichuan province is reviewed , typical hydropower stations are introduced in those years, the important role of hydropower as a vanguard in economic development in Sichuan is presented and several problems which restrict development for water power construction are pointed out . It is noted that persons engaged in hydropower construction shoudler heavy responsibilities .
