摘要
简述了建国５０ 年来四川水电事业所取得的巨大成就，介绍了四川水能资源在全国所处的重要地位，并提出四川水电开发是实现全国能源资源优化配置和四川国民经济发展的需要。在国家加大向中西部投资倾斜的有利时机下，抓住西部大开发战略机遇，迎接新世纪初四川水电的再一次建设高潮——“西电东送”的到来，再创四川水电更加辉煌的成就。
The paper briefly presents great achievements obtained in water power development in Sichuan in 50 years from the founding of the People's Republic of China , introduces the important position of Sichuan water power resource in China , and points out that it is necessary to develop Sichuan water power so as to optimize disposition of water power resources in China and to develop national economy in Sichuan.When national investment is favorable to the Central and West China,the strategic opportunity for rapid development at the Western China should be seized to meet the new high tide of Sichuan water power construction at the beginning of new century——“Electricity Transmission from the Western Chine to the Eastern China”and to recreate more great achievement in water power construction in Sichuan .
