摘要
打造创新高速公路,建立跨区域知识共享、知识创新、知识贸易平台是实施创新驱动战略实现创新跨越不可缺少的创新基础设施,是江苏实现两个"率先"的加速器。基于对创新高速公路作用研究,提出创建以创新型城市(园区)为结点、打破区域地理界限、密切产学研用政联系机制的创新高速公路的构想,并对其子系统功能及运行模式进行了初步探讨,对如何构建创新高速公路提出了对策和建议。
Innovation superhighway, a platform for inter-regional knowledge sharing, innovation, and commercialization, is an ev- itable infrastructure for innovation development through driving strategies and an accelerator for realizing two ＂leadings＂ of Jiangsu Province. Based on analysis of impacts of the innovation superhighway, a concept on innovation superhighway that taking creation of in- novative city （park） as the junction to break geographical limits and coordinating the mechanism of politics, production, academy, re- search and application is proposed, where preliminary discussion is made on functions and operation mode of its subsystems and measures and suggestions for its construction are pushed forward in conclusion.
