摘要
目的:总结消毒供应室存在的危险因素及防护措施。方法:本院2010年加强了消毒供应室护士潜在危险的预防及防护,统计加强防护前后1年内各种危害的发生情况及防护效果。结果:危险因素中物理性损害要多于其他因素;加强危险因素防护以后,供应室护士化学、物理、生物、心理等损害的发生率较之前明显减少,前后比较差异有统计学意义。结论:消毒供应中心是医院的物流中心,消毒供应中心护士的工作存在一定的潜在的危险,医院应加强供应室主要危险因素的防护,提高护士工作的安全性,保证供应物品质量。
Objective：To summarize the danger factors and protective measures in sterilization and supply room.Methods：Our hospital strengthen the prevention and protection of potential danger of sterilization supply and distribution nurse in 2010,and investigate the occurrence of harm and the protective effect after a year of strengthening protection.Results：The physics risk factors were more than other factors;After strengthen the protection,risk factors of nurse in chemical,physical,biological,psychological were significantly less than before,and differences had statistical significance.Conclusion：Sterilization supply room is the center of hospital logistics,there are certain potential danger for nurse working in the center of sterilization supply,hospital should strengthen the protection of the risk factors in supply room,improve the safety of nurse job,ensure supply quality goods.
