摘要
目的:探讨微波及治糜灵栓对不同宫颈糜烂面积中的疗效。方法:选择2007～2009年在本院门诊进行宫颈糜烂治疗并完整复查记录的200例患者,根据不同的治疗方式将其分为A组(微波组)和B组(治糜灵栓组)。结果A、B两组治疗宫颈糜烂的痊愈率分别为96.00%,46.00%;有效率分别为100.00%,91.00%。A组与B组比较,对宫颈糜烂疗效差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。A组中:Ⅰ度,Ⅱ度,Ⅲ度宫颈糜烂的痊愈率分别为100.00%、97.83%、91.67%,有效率均为100.00%;B组中:Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度宫颈糜烂的痊愈率分别为51.51%、46.67%、31.82%,有效率分别为100.00%、91.11%、77.28%。A组与B组比较,对相同宫颈糜烂面积的疗效差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:微波治疗宫颈糜烂疗效优于治糜灵栓。
Objective：To study the effect of microwave and Zhimiling suppository in different area of cervical erosion.Methods：200 patients with cervical erosion and reexamination of records in outpatient of our hospitalclinic from 2007 to 2009 were divided into group A（microwave group）and group B（Zhimiling suppository group） according the treatment methods.Results：The cure rate of group A and group B were separately 96.00% and 46.00%,the effective rate were separately 100.00%,91.00%.The cure rate of Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ degree of group A were 100.00%,97.83%,91.67%,the effective rates were all 100.00%.The cure rate of Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ degree of group B were 51.51%,46.67%,31.82%,the effective rates were 100.00%,91.11%,77.28%.The group A and group B were compared,there were very significant differences for cervical erosion of cervical erosion（P0.01）.Conclusion：The effect of microwave is better than that of Zhimiling suppository.
