摘要
用透射电镜观察华支睾吸虫成虫的卵巢、卵模、梅氏腺和子宫。卵巢外被基膜，其下分布着卵原细胞，间或有单个的支持细胞，卵巢内部分布着不同发育时期的卵母细胞，它们由卵巢基膜向中央区逐渐发育成熟，依形态特征可区分未成熟卵母细胞和成熟卵母细胞。成熟卵母细胞的质膜下排列有单层的皮质颗粒，为其主要特征，并在胞质中有时可见核仁样小聚体。卵模壁为单层立方上皮细胞，细胞腔面有少数指状突起，上皮细胞附着在其外围的基膜上，基膜外有环肌包围，卵模壁上可见梅氏腺细胞通道。梅氏腺位于卵模的周围，腺细胞呈带状，平行排列。华支睾吸虫梅氏腺细胞有两种形式，即ＭＢ细胞（Ｍｅｍｂｒａｎｏｕｓ ｂｏｄｉｅｓｃｅｌｌ） 和ＤＢ 细胞（Ｄｅｎｓｅ ｂｏｄｉｅｓ ｃｅｌｌ）。梅氏腺细胞突起形成的通道从不同方位通至卵模。子宫壁从其腔面向外依次为上皮层、基膜、间质及肌纤维束。
Ovary, ootype, Mehlis gland and uterus in adult worm of Clonorchis sinensis were observed by TEM. Beneath the envelope of the ovary, there are many oogonia, between them some supporting cells might be observed. The mature oocytes are in the central area of the ovary, and surrounded by some smaller immature oocytes. The mature oocytes are characterized by a numerous cortical granules along the subplasmalemma and sometimes there are a few 'nucleolus like bodies' in the cytoplasm. Mehlis gland contains two types of secretary cells. One is called DB cell for it synthesizes and secretes a dense body, while the other produces a peculiar membranous body and is therefore called MB cell. These cells pass through the ootype wall by cytoplasmic processes and open into ootype lumen. The epithelial cells of the ootype are simple cuboidal epithelia with finger like cytoplasmic processes. The ootype is surrounded by a basic membrane and circular muscles in the outer. The uterine epithelium consists of single layer cells with cytoplasmic processes.(For figure 1-9, see insert Ⅱ)
