摘要
大西铁路工程具有沿线地貌类型复杂、施工风险较大、项目布点分散、安全管理难度大、环保要求高等特点。在充分调研的基础上,编制了水土保持及生态保护监理规划,建立了工程监理工作制度、制定了监理工作程序和质量控制办法。对路基、站场、桥梁涵洞、隧道、取土场、施工生产生活区、施工便道、弃渣场等区域的防治措施进行了分析。
Datong to Xi＇an Railway are featured by complexity in geomorphology,high risk of implementation,scattering distribution of project sites,intensive difficulties in security management and high-level requirements on environmental protection.Based on thorough investigation,supervision planning,plus supervision rules,procedures and quality control methods of soil and water conservation and ecological protection project have been worked out.Analysis on prevention and treatment measures in such areas or spots including road foundation,stations,bridges and culverts,channels,earth source spots,logistic places and manufacturing sites,temporal communication roads,residue deposit sites,have been carried out.
