摘要
根据健美操教材内容特点和学生实际,对某大学女生三个自然班的健美操教学进行分组实验研究,通过不同的教学实验证明,表象训练的教学效果优于常规教学组织方法.
According to the material of callisthenics teaching and the conditions of the students, we have had an experiment in the callisthenics teaching for the three classes of girl students of a certain college and the experiment shows that the result of idea- training teaching is superior to that of conventional teaching.
