摘要
目的总结湿润烧伤膏治疗压疮的护理体会。方法对2008年1月至2010年12月收治的20例(45处创面)压疮患者全部应用湿润烧伤膏及湿性包扎疗法进行治疗。结果 20例(45处创面)患者经湿润烧伤膏治疗后痊愈33处,显效5处,有效7处,总有效率100%。结论应用湿润烧伤膏治疗压疮疗效确切,值得临床广泛推广。
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of treating bedsore with MEBO ointment. Methods Between the period of 1/2008- 12/2010, 20 cases with 45 wounds were all treated with MEBO bandage therapy. Results Of the 45 wounds, 33 wounds healed, 5 wounds markedly improved and 7 wounds were effective. The total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of MEBO ointment in the treatment of bedsore is definite.It is a treatment method worhty to be popularized in clinic.
