摘要
目前,氟代糖和氟代糖苷在抗肿瘤和抗病毒的研究方面已引起人们的广泛兴趣。
Methyl 2-deoxy-2, 2-difluoro-3, 4-O-isopropylidene-L-erythro-pentopyranoside(9) wasreacted with trimethylsilylated uracil to give 2'-fluorinated uracil isonucleoside. The configur-ation and conformation of the primary product was identified with IR, UV, ^(19)F NMR, 2DPMR (COSY, NOESY) and MS.
