摘要
目的:探讨米索前列醇预防剖宫产术后出血的临床效果。方法:对106例行剖宫产术分娩的产妇进行对比分析。结果:观察组的产后2h出血量、产后24小时出血量显著较低。结论:米索前列醇是临床上预防剖宫产术后出血的良好选择。
Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of misoprostol to prevent post-operational bleeding after uterine-incision delivery. Methods： 106 women who had uterine-incision were brought into analysis and compared. Results： The bleeding amounts of 2h and 24h after delivery of observing group were lower than those of controlling group. Conclusions： Misoprostol is a good choice for preventing post-operational bleeding after uterine-incision delivery.
