摘要
企业自主创新已经成为经济社会发展的决定性力量,江苏省高新技术企业发展迅速,对江苏省经济发展贡献明显。运用改进型层次分析法(AHP)对江苏省高新技术企业的自主创新环境能力、自主创新投入能力、自主创新产出能力和潜在自主创新能力各项指标进行了无量纲化和权重测算,由此对江苏省高新技术企业自主创新能力进行实证分析,并提出了提升江苏省高新技术企业自主创新能力的对策和建议。
Independent innovation of enterprises has become a determinative factor for social development. The high - tech enterprises in Jiangsu Province have developed rapidly and have contributed to Jiangsu＇s booming economy. This paper establishes an evaluation criterion and a standard measurement method for independent innovation capabilities of high - tech enterprises. Facilitated by the improved Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） , we apply dimensionless calculation and weight measurements to measure indexes of independent innovation capabilities, investment capabilities, output capabilities and pestilential IIC of Jiangsu high - tech enterprises. Some strategies and suggestions for future improvement are also provided.
