摘要
利用有限元分析软件建立T型三通管内高压成形过程有限元分析模型,研究成形工艺参数(内压力,轴向进给等)对三通管内高压成形性的影响。结果表明:随着内压力的增大,支管胀形区壁厚减薄率随之增大,支管高度也随之增大,但内压力对支管高度的影响并不明显;胀形时,对支管施加反向压力,可改善金属流动性能,提高胀形时壁厚的均匀性;在内压力相同的情况下,在对管坯径向施加压力的同时,在管坯端部施加轴向压力,支管高度随着进给量的增加而增加,且支管高度的增加幅度明显。
Based on the software CAE, the numerical simulation model of intemal high-pressure forming for T-tube was set up, the influences of forming parameters on forming quality were mainly analyzed, such as the internal pressure and axial feeding amount and so on. The research results show that, in the forming process, with the increase of internal pressure, the wall thickness of branch becomes thinner clearly and the height of branch increases, but the internal high-pressure has not obvious influence on the height of branch; in the forming process, exerting counter pressure on the top of branch improves the material flowability and thickness distribution; trader the same internal pressure, exerting counter pressure on the top of branch, with the increase of the axial pressure at the end of tubular, the branch clearly becomes higher.
