摘要
为缩短Y型管模具设计周期,减少修模次数,提高管件的成形质量,根据Y型管的结构尺寸,运用Solidworks软件建立内高压成形初始模具三维模型,分析Y型管的材料性能参数(屈服强度、拉伸强度及延伸率)、初始尺寸(外径、壁厚及轴向长度)和成形工艺参数(初始屈服压力、成形压力及合模力)。基于有限元软件ANSYS对模具进行应力分析及2次结构优化。结果表明,优化后的模具较初始模具应力分布更均匀且应力值下降。
In order to shorten the design cycle of Y-shape pipe die,reduce the number of mold repair,and improve the forming quality of pipe fitting,according to the structural size of Y-shape pipe,Solidworks software was used to establish the 3D model of its initial high-pressure forming die.The forming process conditions of Y-shape pipe material performance parameters(yield strength,tensile strength and elongation),initial size(diameter,wall thickness and axial length)and forming process parameters(initial yield pressure,forming pressure and clamping force),were analyzed.Based on the finite element software ANSYS,the mold stress analysis and twice structure optimization were conducted.The results show that the optimized mold stress distribution is more uniform,and that the stress value declines,as opposed to the initial die.
