摘要
根据最小二乘圆法建立圆度误差的数学模型,分析偏心、测头安装不对心及工件安装不水平等一些人为因素对圆度误差的影响。仿真结果为准确测试提供了理论依据。
Based on the least - square circle principle, the mathematical model of the roundness error was established. How some human factors influencing the roundness error, such as eccentricity, probe head installation not centered and work pieces installation not leveled, were analyzed. The simulation results provide theoretical basis for accurately test.
