摘要
采用HClO4/H3PO4/CrO3氧化插层体系制备低温可膨胀石墨,通过对反应物用量、反应温度及反应时间、水洗温度及水洗程度、干燥温度、膨胀温度进行研究,确定了膨胀石墨体积的影响因素。结果表明:反应物m(C)∶m(HClO4)∶m(H3PO4)∶m(CrO3)=1∶3.0∶1.5∶0.8,反应温度45℃,反应时间70min,于0~20℃水洗至pH=5~6,在60℃干燥箱中干燥制得的可膨胀石墨,在膨胀温度300℃时,膨胀石墨体积即可达到350mL/g。在膨胀温度500℃时,可膨胀石墨完全膨胀,最大膨胀体积550mL/g。
The expanded graphite was prepared by using HClO4/H3PO4/CrO3 as the oxidant and intercalation agent.The factors affecting the volume of expanded graphite were obtained by studying reactants ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time,watered temperature,watered degree,dried temperature,expanded temperature.It was showed that m(C)∶m(HClO4)∶m(H3PO4)∶m(CrO3)=1∶3.0∶1.5∶0.8,the reaction temperature was 45 ℃,reaction time was 70 min,the graphite was watered at 0~20 ℃ and stopped until its pH was 5~6,dried at 60 ℃,then expanded at 300 ℃,the volume of expanded graphite was 350 mL/g.The expanded graphite was completely expanded at 500 ℃ and the largest volume was 550 mL/g.
