摘要
用天然鳞片石墨制备了膨胀体积为 2 5 0mL/g和 3 5 0mL/g的膨胀石墨 ,以膨胀石墨为吸附剂 ,五种工业油为吸附质 ,采用质量法测定了吸附剂对吸附质的浸泡吸附量和滞留吸附量 ;并用扫描电镜表征了两种膨胀石墨的孔结构。结果表明 :不同膨胀体积的石墨有不同的蠕虫空腔和不同的 μm级微孔结构 ,膨胀体积越大 ,所拥有的蠕虫空腔和 μm级微孔结构数量越多 。
The expanded graphite is prepared by the flake graphite,which the expandable volumes are 250mL/g and 350mL/g.The expanded graphite is adsorbent and the industrial oils are adsorbate.The adsorptive amount and the amount of residual material are measured by weight.SEM is used to evidence the pore structure of the expanded graphite.The results of this experiment showed:when the expandable volumes of graphite are different, the worm vacuum and μm pore structure are not the same.The larger the expandable volume is,the more its amount of worm vacuum and μm pore structure is,the adsorptive amount to industrial oil becomes bigger.
