摘要
离子交换层析法是一种操作简便、快速高效分离纯化方法,可用于低聚糖分离提纯和结晶糖母液中功能性糖分富集回收。该文论述离子交换层析法分离纯化低聚糖基本原理、分离效果主要影响因素及研究进展,并指出要拓宽离子交换层析法在低聚糖分离纯化上应用范围,还需进一步加强对制备低聚糖分离的专用树脂填料研究。
Based on easy operation, fast and effective, ion exchange chromatography is a technique commonly employed in separation and purification. It can be applied in the isolation of oligosaccharides synthetized by enzymes and the recovery of functional oligosaccharides from mother liquid of crystalline sugars. In this paper, the basic separation mechanism of ion exchange chromatography, and primary factors that affect the purification result was summarized, as well as latest research on the separation process. Moreover, more research efforts must he put on the manufacture of ion exchange resin specialized in different oligosaccharides purification.
