摘要
目的:探讨肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)急性期、恢复期患儿的免疫功能变化。方法:采用流式细胞仪技术检测了35例急性期支原体肺炎患儿及其中24例恢复期患儿外周血CD3、CD4、CD8,用速率散射比浊法检测血清IgA、IgG、IgM,并与30例正常儿童进行比较。结果:MPP组急性期及恢复期较正常儿童的血清IgG及IgA水平降低(急性期P<0.01,恢复期P<0.05),CD3及CD4水平降低(均P<0.01)。结论:体液免疫和细胞免疫参与了MPP感染的发病过程,且存在免疫功能降低及紊乱。
Objective:To investigate the Immune Function changes in children with mycoplasma pneumonia(MPP) both on acute stage and onconvalescence stage.Methods:35 Cases with acute-phased MPP and the 24 recovery-phased of them and 30 healthy children served as control were involved in this study.CD3+ CD4+ /CD8+ T lymphocyte in the peripheral blood were determined by flow cytometry.The levels of IgG,IgA,and IgM were measured by velocity scatter colorimetry.Results:The serum IgG and IgA levels(the acute-phased P0.01,the recovery-phased P0.05),CD3 and CD4(mean P0.01).Conclusions:Humoral immunity and cellular immunity involve in the episode of MPP infection,with the presence of decreasing derangement of immunological function.
