摘要
分别以ＭＰ国际标准株ＦＨ株和地方株北京８２株兔免疫血清对自制的ＦＨ株、北京８２株全细胞抗原和美国产ＣＦ抗原三种抗原作了免疫印迹分析。同时用以上三种抗原分析了６２例肺炎儿童血清和７９例健康大学生血清。结果表明ＭＰ的１７０ＫＤ和７１ＫＤ，还有２３ＫＤ多肽免疫原性较强，其中１７０ＫＤ多肽可能为ＭＰ的主要致病物质粘附因子Ｐ＿ｈ蛋白，自制ＦＨ株抗原与美国产ＣＦ抗原蛋白成分较为相似。
Protein antigens of 2 Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP) strains including international standard strain(FH strain)and local strain(Beijing 82 strain),and CF antigen(MA Bio-products、 USA)were ana-lysed by Western blot. These antigens which had been separated by the SDS-PAGE were stained with two rabbit hyperimmune antisera to MP FH strain and Beijing 82 strain,respectively.Furthermore,the sera of 62 children with pneumoniae and 79 healthy collegestudents were analysedbyWestern blot.The results sug-gest that MP polypeptides with strong immunogenicity are 170 KD,71KD and23KDpolypeptides,and the 170KD polypeptide ls MP protein P_1, and there are more similaritieq between the protein components of FH antigen and CF antigen.
