摘要
对国际上内陆核电厂的发展状况进行了分析,详细介绍了我国内陆核电厂厂址的特点和评价情况,进而对国内首批内陆核电项目的审查情况和监管要求进行了全面的论述。在总结沿海核电厂建设实践和审评经验的基础上,结合我国发展内陆核电厂的实际情况,研究并提出了建设内陆核电厂的审评重点和监管要求。
Analyzing the development status of inland nuclear power plants（NPPs） in the world, the author describes the characteristic and evaluation of sites for inland nuclear power plants in China. Then this paper addresses the reviewing and regulation requirements of the first batch of inland nuclear power projects in China.On the basis of summarizing the construction practice and reviewing experience of coastal NPPs,and combining with the reality of developing inland NPPs,this paper provides the suggestion on the review key points and regulation requirements in developing the inland NPPs in China.
