摘要
通过对2a多中国电力投资集团公司部分内陆省份核电站选址和初步可研工作以及对外进行的内陆核电站选址技术交流和考察活动进行研究和总结,提出我国需要在内陆省份规划建设一批核电站,以解决环境问题和缺能省份的能源供应,并对我国内陆核电站选址需把握的原则、厂址特点、装机规模、水工设施与水文、大件运输、厂址可行性及安全性评价所关注的侧重点进行了论述。提出了我国开发内陆核电要抓紧做好规划,加强核电厂址保护。应根据经济发展的情况,综合平衡沿海和内陆,合理布局,尽快启动1、2个内陆核电站工程建设。
CPI has put forward site selections and preliminary feasibility studies for China＇s inland nuclear power plants, and carried out the technical exchanges and surveys with foreign partners in the last two years. Based on the above, the idea was proposed in this paper that inland nuclear power plants should be built to solve environmental pollution and energy shortage in some inland areas of China. In addition, several key problems were discussed in detail such as the principle, site feature, installed capacity, hydraulic facilities, hydrology, large parts transportation, feasibility and safety evaluation of China＇s inland nuclear power plants. That is, along with economic development and reasonable layout of nuclear power plants, the general planning, site protection should be strengthened, and one or two inland nuclear power plants should be launched as soon as possible.
