肖帕特截肢应用碳纤脚假肢的远期效果

摘要 目的探讨肖帕特(Chopart)截肢应用碳纤脚假肢的远期效果。方法56例患者随机分为2组,假肢组应用碳纤脚制作假肢,矫形组应用传统矫形鞋,2组均配合常规康复训练,30d和1年后分别对患者步态、踝关节解剖位置、皮肤情况进行评定。结果30d时假肢组仅步态稍优于矫形组,踝关节解剖位置、皮肤情况与矫形组差异无显著性;1年后假肢组步态、踝关节解剖位置、皮肤情况均明显优于矫形组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论Chopart截肢应用碳纤脚制作假肢是一种值得推荐的新方法。 Objective: To probe into the long term effect of application of carbon fiber prosthesis derived from the Chopart cutting limb. Methods: Fifty six patients were divided into two groups at random. The patients in the prosthesis group were equipped with prosthesis by the application of carbon fiber foot, and those in the orthopedic group were assembled with orthopadic shoes by means of traditional method. Thirty days and one year later, the walking gesture, the position of ankle and the condition of skin were assessed respectively. Results: the walking gesture in the prosthesis group was superior to that in the orthopedic group after 30 days, but there was no obvious difference between these two groups in the position of ankle and the condition of skin. But one year later, all the above conditions in the group equipped with carbon fiber foot was much superior to the orthopedic group with the difference between them being very significant. Conclusion: The application of Chopart cutting limb method on prosthesis using carbon fiber foot is a new method worthy of spreading.
