拜糖平联合诺和灵30R治疗2型糖尿病20例临床分析 被引量：9

摘要 目的:探讨拜糖平联合诺和灵30 R治疗2型糖尿病的临床价值。方法:选取确诊为2型糖尿病的40例患者,其中观察组(联用组)和对照组(单用组)各20例,3个月后比较两组治疗后症状改善情况及血糖等数值。结果:观察组临床治愈率为100%;对照组临床治愈率为90%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:对部分胰岛素缺乏的2型糖尿病患者,拜糖平联合诺和灵30 R治疗,能改善临床症状,效果显著,具有临床治疗意义。
